If your order is shipping outside the United States, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility.
International orders may be limited to only certain countries and will be shipped by least cost International. In the event we do not offer shipping to your country we will notify you by email and cancel your order. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands will be shipped either by UPS or USPS Priority Mail which ever is the least cost to our customers unless otherwise stated. APO and FPO addresses will be ship by USPS Priority Mail.
Cat Palace USA will email a request for the additional funds required for shipping and handling charges via PayPal for APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, and International orders.
Shipping and handling charges for our items are based upon shipping weight of each product and for delivery to your address zone as established by UPS and USPS Priority Mail. It should be noted that most of our items take 24 to 48 hours to process your order through our system prior to notifying you of the shipping tracking numbers. Please note the delivery schedules available when you order your cat products.

Price Includes UPS Ground Shipping applies to the continental US only. CatPalaceUSA will email a request for the additional funds required for optional shipping upgrades and international orders via PayPal. We will complete your order upon upgrade authorization.
Our business objective is to provide our clients with high quality products with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply return it to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable}.
So that we can process your request as quickly as possible and improve our products and services, we ask that you contact The Cat Place USA via email or fax at the address above to let us know why your are returning the item. We will provide you the return shipping address to our various manufactures return facilities with the appropriate return merchandise authorization, which is required before shipping any merchandise back to us. Please print the authorization code on the outside of the return package. Returned items without an authorization code will not be processed.
Please note we cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. We can only process your request after the returned item is inspected to verify its condition. Damage goods due to client’s negligence will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused. Some items we sell there may or may not have a 30% with a minimum of $15.00 restocking charge. We will notify you of any charges when we send you a return authorization. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Returns may take up to several weeks to process once we have received the item. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have processed the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
